Solutions Stage During the Solutions Stage, CSO on Demand works with the client to develop an appropriate solution and to build a plan for implementing the solution in the business. Part of this process includes the incorporation of definitive milestones and metrics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of the solution once implemented. The process also includes the development of a PowerPoint presentation that is used to present the Needs and proposed Solutions to the clients management team. Adoption Stage During the Adoption Stage, CSO on Demand presents the proposed solution to the client’s management team and refines the solution and implementation plan to reflect applicable feedback. Then, CSO on Demand supports the client in implementation of the solution based on the agreed to plan for execution. Monitor Stage During the Monitor Stage, CSO on Demand acts as an advisor to the client, reviewing the metrics and making recommendations and suggestions for continuous improvements to the solution.
